Test halfback Noah Hotham is hoping for an injury-free year after spending a large chunk of 20-25 on the sidelines

Test halfback Noah Hotham is hoping for an injury-free year after spending a large chunk of 20-25 on the sidelines

Hotham hasn't played since breaking his leg against the Springboks in Wellington last year, in what was his first outing since an ankle sprain sustained against France.

The 22-year-old Crusaders star is excited to get stuck in, after completing a full pre-season.

The Crusaders face the Highlanders in Timaru on Friday in their first pre-season match.
