    Kiwi sailor Sam Meech has won bronze at the World Cup regatta in Enoshima

    Kiwi sailor Sam Meech has won bronze at the World Cup regatta in Enoshima, taking New Zealand's final tally for the week to three


    His fourth placing in the medal race propelled him onto the podium at the venue for the Olympics in two years time.

    Alex Maloney and Molly Meech in the 49erFX and Logan Dunning Beck and Oscar Gunn in the 49er claimed silvers the day before.

    Meech will now return home for a break, while most of the squad will stay on for 'Olympic week' in Enoshima starting in a few days.
