    Sailors Isaac McHardie and Will McKenzie are first after the opening day of the men's 49er competition off the Marseille coast


    The pair triumphed immediately, before posting a third and an eighth.

    McHardie's chuffed at their progress.



    Jo Aleh and Molly Meech sit 20th overall - racing in the windsurfing was called off.
