    The Civil Aviation Authority has contacted a helicopter manufacturer after a serious wedding day crash in Canterbury


    The chopper crashed at Terrace Downs on Saturday, seriously injuring all four on board..

    The Civil Aviation Authority says it's asked helicopter and engine manufacturers, Robinson and Lycoming, to help with the investigation.

    It says they've confirmed a loss of engine power caused the crash.
