    The flag is at half-mast outside Nelson's Police station


    Flowers have been laid this afternoon to remember Senior Sergeant Lyn Fleming by Minister Mark Mitchell, Mayor Nick Smith, Police Commissioner Richard Chambers, Assistant Commissioner Mike Johnson and District Commander Tracey Thompson.

    Members of the public are welcome to leave flowers and notes in Lyn's memory at the flagpole.
