    Two young people are being spoken to by police after a ram raid this morning in Wellington, and subsequent crash


    Police say emergency services are at the scene of the crash, which is blocking a Warspite Avenue roundabout in Porirua's Cannons Creek.

    One of the cars was wanted in relation to a ram raid at a Newlands service station about 5am.

    There are no reports of serious injuries.
