New details are emerging about Sir Peter Jackson's development plans in Wellington

Consent documents reveals the film-maker's building a site in Miramar, that includes a large warehouse, animal centres, and five residential units.

The 12-million dollar property spans more than 10900 square metres, and is situated near Jackson's film studios.

Development is due to be completed in 2028, and is part of the director's vision to stimulate growth and investment in Wellington.
