Four people have been arrested and 22 fined after a convoy of around 200 boy-racers attempted to set up multiple meets in Wellington last night

The vehicles hailing from Whanganui, Levin and Palmerston North tried to meet at Motukaraka Point around 10pm.
After running into a Police alcohol check-point, they moved to Granada North where they were again apprehended.
A final attempt by the group to set up in Seaview eventuated with bottles and fireworks being thrown at Police.
No officers were injured.
