    More than 87-thousand vehicles have been stopped at Auckland Covid checkpoints in the past two weeks


    Just over 11-hundred have been turned away.

    Since the start of Auckland's lockdown, 71 people have been charged with offences -- mainly relating to flouting Covid rules.

    In the same time period, 165 people were formally warned.
