    A Wellington man's been banned from fishing and sentenced to home detention for his part in gathering 319 paua to sell


    Most were undersize.

    Recidivist offender 45-year-old Felesese Sam Pati has been prohibited from fishing for three years, and sentenced to six months home detention.
