    Kiwi golfer Ryan Fox has been unable to make the cut at the latest World Tour event in the United Arab Emirates


    Fox has signed for a one-under second round to be two-under for the event, but needed another birdie from his up-and-down round to make the weekend.

    Scotsman David Law has the lead at 14-under.
