Sophie Pascoe's through to the final of the women's SB8 100 metres breaststroke, despite a spot of confusion

The decorated New Zealand swimmer finished second, 0.04 of a second behind Ireland's Ellen Keane who reeled her in late.

But when Pascoe touched the wall, her time didn't register on the broadcast.

The matter was quickly resolved, confirming Pascoe's spot in the final - which will be later this evening at 10.42pm.
