    Erika Fairweather's scorched into tonight's 400m freestyle final at the World Swimming short course championships


    The first kiwi involved, Fairweather posted a time of three minutes 58.27 in the final heat to be the quickest through to tonight's final - almost a second quicker than Australian Lani Pallister .



    That final is at 9:30pm tonight.


    Helena Gasson is through to tonight's 50m butterfly semis after qualifying 15th quickest.
