    Paris is the long-term goal - but swimmer Lewis Clareburt is locked in when it comes to the World Championships kicking off in Japan this afternoon


    The double Commonwealth Games gold medallist competes in the 200 and 400 metre individual medleys, and the 4 by 100 medley relay.

    Clareburt says he's yet to peak with the Olympics more than a year away.



    Clareburt is up in the 400 metre individual medley heats just before 4 o'clock.
