New ASB Classic tournament director Nicolas Lamperin is confident he has the money to tempt some big names down under this summer

The Auckland WTA and ATP tournaments return to the calendar for the first time since January 2020, having been a victim of New Zealand's closed borders during the pandemic.

Lamperin, an established player agent has started negotiating with agents, happy with what he's allowed to spend.

Tickets go on sale for the men's and women's tournaments in August.
