    Auckland police have identified a person of interest in the homicide investigation into the death of Onehunga woman, Maria Brown

    Auckland police have identified a person of interest in the homicide investigation into the death of Onehunga woman, Maria Brown


    Family found the 77-year-old's body at her Moana Ave home on Sunday.

    Detective Inspector Scott Beard says the identified person isn't at large in the community and doesn't pose a risk to the wider public.

    He says Police are legally constrained in further comment about the person, or their location - and aren't seeking anyone else.
