Police have been kept busy in Auckland tonight as more gunshots ring out across the city

A witness has told our newsroom he heard six shots fired in or near Ashmore Place in Favona near Mangere Bridge.

It follows a fortnight of drive-by shootings all over the city.

Police are also checking out two reports of gunfire in Massey's Doone Place and Bairds Road in Otara.
