Homeowners shouldn't expect their property's value to rise drastically any time soon

Homeowners shouldn't expect their property's value to rise drastically any time soon

Real Estate Institute figures show the national median house price is at 772-thousand dollars, down 2.4 percent on this time last year.

It's increased 1.4 percent month on month.

OneRoof editor Owen Vaughan says house prices haven't recovered from their last slump.

He says the fact there are some improvements show a lot of buying's still happening.
