    A person's been arrested at the scene of a house fire in Christchurch's Woolston


    Fire and Emergency were called to a well involved fire on Mackworth Street shortly after midnight.

    It's been extinguished, with a fire investigator due at the scene this morning.

    Police say they were called to assist, and arrested one person on an obstruction charge.
