If you know something come forward..

If you know something come forward..

That's the plea from Canterbury police looking for fresh leads on the murder of Mellory Manning.

The 27-year-old street worker's body was found floating in the Avon River in 2008.

She was last seen the night before in the city's red light district.

Police believe many people were involved in her killing.

Officers want to identify "Male B" whose DNA profile was obtained from a semen sample during her post-mortem.

Detective Inspector Greg Murton says there are people who know who was involved in Mellory's killing.

He says she was a very loved daughter, friend and partner so they want to try and bring closure to her family.
