A push for stronger protections for dairy workers, amid a rise in violent youth crime in Christchurch

Police have arrested a 14-year-old, after a dairy owner was stabbed in Opawa on Tuesday morning.

In another incident, a Heathcote worker was forced to the floor at gunpoint.
