    A Dunedin police office's suffered an asthma attack, when a man being arrested sprayed deodorant in her face


    The ODT reports Police were attempting to detain a 32-year-old man at a Wynyard Street property this morning, when he grabbed the spray can.

    Senior Sergeant Anthony Bond says two officers were sprayed - and one had an asthma attack.

    The man was later arrested and will appear in court next week.
