    A security breach at Wellington Hospital is being investigated by health authorities

    A security breach at Wellington Hospital is being investigated by health authorities


    It's been revealed a swipe card was stolen in early July..by a patient wanting to leave the Emergency Department.

    It occurred while the Capital and Coast DHB was already investigating security concerned raised by nurses, around an overcrowded ED.

    A DHB spokesperson says the incident remains under investigation.
