    The recovery of a flight recorder marks an important step forward in the investigation of a passenger plane crash in India


    The Air India Boeing 787 Dreamliner was flying 242 people, when it went down moments after take off - hitting a doctors hostel in a residential area.

    A British national was the sole survivor.

    Sky News's Oliver Whitfield-Miocic says four members of the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau are heading to India.

    He says the investigation is being led by the Indian authorities, with assistance from plane maker Boeing.
