A delay in the Christchurch mosque shooter's requested judicial review.

A delay in the Christchurch mosque shooter's requested judicial review.

The man was due in the High Court at Auckland for a phone conference this morning, but the judge heard he wasn't prepared enough to proceed.

It's understood the terrorist, who's serving life in prison without parole, is challenging his prison conditions, specifically access to mail and news, and his designation as a terrorist entity.
