    A truck driver was killed when his vehicle was hit by a train in Marton

    An investigation into the circumstances of the crash is underway

    Meanwhile a pedestrian hit by a truck on the Waikato Expressway at Rangiriri this afternoon has died .

    The Serious Crash Unit is attending, and an investigation into the circumstances of the crash is underway.
