Three people involved in managing the fire-razed Loafers Lodge - have been charged with manslaughter

Five occupants died when the Wellington boarding house went up in flames in May 2023.
A 50-year-old man has already been charged with murder - accused of lighting the fatal fire.
Two men and a woman are appearing in Wellington District Court today.
Police say a fourth person is also likely to also be charged in coming days.
The fire injured 20 others, nd has led to several inquiries on nationwide fire protections.
