Police say they're not ruling out charging more people - after two bystanders were seriously injured by an out of control vehicle last week - while a group reportedly did burnouts and skids

They say a car lost control on State Highway 5, near the Bay of Plenty village of Mamaku, and hit the two people around 11.30pm last Tuesday.
A 19-year-old's been arrested and charged - on nine separate driving related charges.
Police say the two bystanders received life changing injuries, that will require months of recovery.
