    Police have launched an investigation after a body was found at a work site in Omahu near Hastings

    Police have launched an investigation after a body was found at a work site in Omahu near Hastings


    Emergency services were called to a Taihape Road property just after 9am.

    The death's being treated as unexplained.

    Police are working to identify the person, and cordons are in place while a scene examination is carried out.
