Police have named two people whose bodies were found near Mere Road in Lake Taupo on October 16

21 October 2020

They were 50 year old Trevor Malcolm Wiringi and 49 year old Helen Dorothy Smith from Rotorua.

The deaths have been referred to the Coroner
