There are fears a court ruling could make coroners less willing to give bodily samples back to loved ones

The so called "Black Widow" Helen Milner - was convicted of murdering her second husband Phil Nisbet - by crushing sedatives in his food in 2009.

The Court of Appeal yesterday granted her bid for further scientific testing of samples of her husband's blood, urine, liver and hair.

Victim advocate Ruth Money is worried all convicted criminals will now have the right to do the same.
