A spokesperson says two groups of people were involved in the argy-bargy on Tutanekai Street - near 'Eat Street' around 6pm.

Three people were arrested shortly after fleeing the scene in a vehicle.

One person was taken to hospital with moderate injuries.

Police are asking anyone who may have filmed the incident to submit the footage, so officers can piece together what happened.
