    Rotorua's getting another chance to showcase itself this weekend


    More than 30-thousand people are in town for the 17th annual Tarawera Ultra-Trail - one of the world's largest trail running events.

    This year's event features more than five-thousand entrants from 80 countries.

    Rotorua NZ Chief Executive Andrew Wilson says the city would like to host more international events like this.

    He says Rotorua's got lots of infrastructure, it's easy to get in and out of, and people are always going to have a great time there.
