    A person's died and another has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries, after a motorbike hit a tree on Auckland's Waiheke Island


    Emergency services were called to Ocean View Road in Oneroa just before 2 this afternoon, and have closed the road.

    This is the second death on our roads this Labour Weekend.

    One person died in a single-vehicle crash in Morrinsville early this morning.
