    A man's been charged with assault - after an unidentified liquid was thrown at a Palmerston North parking warden last month


    The warden reported to Police on March 26th - that a man had thrown the liquid staining his skin, clothing and work equipment.

    The suspect was arrested today and is due in the Palmerston North District Court next Thursday.
