    Police have made an arrest - nine days after a shooting in Palmerston North's Rangitikei Street


    A 28-year-old man is appearing in the district court today, charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

    Details about the shooting are scarce, but police say a victim's been released from hospital and faces a long road to recovery.

    A 31-year-old man believed involved is still wanted.
