    Two separate crashes are causing delays in Napier, including one that's left a person seriously injured


    The Hawke's Bay Expressway's southbound lane is blocked after a pedestrian's been hit by a vehicle at the intersection with Prebensen Drive in Poraiti just after 1pm.

    While, the southbound lanes on Taradale Road are shut after a truck and car collided near Maadi Road just after 1.30.
