    A game-changing year for Marlborough's property market


    The Real Estate Institute's September report shows the region had the highest increase in sales - up by 66.7 percent annually.

    REINZ Chief Executive Jen Baird says Marlborough has also seen its median price increase exponentially - up 25.4 percent compared to last year.
