    A 21-year-old Queenstown man has been identified as the tramper found dead in the Milford Sound


    The body of Hamish Steven Attenborough was located on March 30 after being reported missing two days earlier.

    The Otago Daily Times is reporting he was carrying safety equipment - for what was meant to be a one-day hike.

    He was an experienced tramper who worked for Queenstown company Ultimate Hikes.
