    A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to an assault at a Queenstown bar last weekend


    Emergency services were sent to the scene at The World Bar on Church Street around 12.40 am last Sunday, after a person was found unconscious.

    The man will appear in the Queenstown District Court on Monday.

    The victim remains in a serious but stable condition at Christchurch Hospital.
