    One person's died and another's in hospital after a single-vehicle crash in Auckland early this morning


    Emergency services were called to South Head Road, near Shelly Beach, about 4.30am.

    It comes after another person died, and two others were injured- one critically - after a ute rolled in Southland last night.

    Emergency services were called to the crash at Quarry Hills, about 70-kilometres from Invercargill, just after 8.30pm.
