A reduced Diamond League shot put programme next year has thrower Tom Walsh bemused

A reduced Diamond League shot put programme next year has thrower Tom Walsh bemused

The 2022 schedule has been released, with the discipline featuring in five of the 14 meets.

Walsh says preference has been given to the track, ignoring what are arguably the strongest rivalries men's shot put has seen between him, world record holder Ryan Crouser and Joe Kovacs.
