Connor Bell will look to move on quickly from this year's national track and field championships despite winning the men's discus title for the fourth year running

Bell's winning effort of 57.83m was eight metres better than his nearest rival, but was eight metres off his own national record.

Bell says it was a tricky day, but the big focus is down the line...

Sam Tanner's cruised to victory in the men's 1500m while Lauren Bruce won the women's hammer-throw with a 65.06m effort.
