Cyclist Nate Pringle has secured silver in the time trial at the under-23 world championships in Rwanda

The 21-year-old completed the 31-kilometre course in a time of 39 minutes and 28 seconds.

He's struggling to pinpoint how he pulled off the feat.

Pringle hopes to compete in the road race later in the week - but his bike hasn't arrived.
