    Retirement has forced a rejig of cycling's team sprinters heading to the Olympic velodrome


    Ethan Mitchell, Sam Webster and former teammate Eddie Dawkins won a silver medal together at Rio.

    Dawkins has been replaced by Sam Dakin, meaning the responsibility for the explosive last lap finish has fallen elsewhere.

    Former lead-out rider Mitchell outlines the plan.
