    Kapiti and Horowhenua are the latest districts to shut all council service centres and facilities


    From tomorrow, all customer service centres, libraries and aquatic facilities will close to visitors.

    Kapiti Mayor K Gurunathan says residents can still communicate with the council team via email, phone and the Antenno app.
