    Auckland's Watercare boss is gone, but the city is still stuck in the middle of a water crisis


    The water company's outgoing chief executive Raveen Jaduram announced his resignation yesterday.

    The Herald's Simon Wilson says someone needs to take responsibility for Auckland's water problems.

    He says the crisis is one that was predictable, and could have been managed both before it happened, and during.
