Christchurch councillors could be forced to rethink costs for the city's new stadium, with the project believed to be at least 50 million dollars over budget

Last August, councillors voted to increase the cost by 50 million - to ensure it could have 30 thousand seats.
National Party Deputy Leader Nicola Willis says she doesn't believe more Crown funding would be a fix.
She says every time it's stepped in to do more, it's just meant more delays.
