The A2 Milk Company says it will vigorously defend itself against a class action

The A2 Milk Company says it will vigorously defend itself against a class action

The action seeks compensation for shareholders who allegedly suffered losses from a significant decline in share value between August 19, 2020 and May 9 last year.

Lawyer Adina Thorn says it differs from two class actions filed against the company in Victoria's Supreme Court.

She says this is an opt-in action, so affected people can join, and it relates to New Zealand law, and this is a New Zealand registered company.
