Farmers have now voted, twice, in favour of the 4.2 billion dollar sale.
The dairy's co-op's still targeting a dividend of 45 to 65 cents per share, from ongoing earnings.
It's also planning to pay out two-dollars per share, from the sale of its consumer arm.
But it's today announced another dividend - of about 14 to 18 cents per share - from what its consumer business is earning, before the sale goes through.
Fonterra's also raised its forecast midpoint payout, from nine-dollars to nine-dollars-50.
